problem #2

Jan 212022

Outback LX 2.5i

  • Automatic transmission
  • 76,953 miles

My car was taken in to have the fuel pump replaced under bulletin WRG-21. In order to replace it they siphoned off 1/2 tank of gas, which I just filled. Subaru should have either made sure the tank had the same level of gas, or reimburse me.

Outback Touring 3.6r

  • Automatic transmission

Apparently there is a recall for this type of problem, but we were never notified about it. Vehicle was not turning on immediately. When it finally turned on after a couple attempts, multiple engine warnings appeared on the dashboard. There was a high pitch sound upon acceleration. Subaru says they can fix this problem.
