Outback Limited 2.5L

Unbelievable. Steering locked WHILE driving the car. It unlocked after a second or two. This isn't just a power steering died. It locked like it does when the car is off. This can very easily be fatal at high speed, luckily it didn't remain locked. This happened in conjunction with a dead battery.
