Title: Disappointed with Subaru's Quality – Seeking Accountability on Outback Issues

I’ve been a loyal Subaru owner and have taken excellent care of my [Year] Outback. Unfortunately, I’m now dealing with two frustrating issues that seem to be far too common among fellow Subaru drivers:

The power window intermittently fails to roll up, often reversing or becoming unresponsive.

The seat material is delaminating and peeling, especially on the driver's side – which is unacceptable for a vehicle that’s just a few years old.

These aren’t wear-and-tear problems. They’re signs of poor material quality or defective design, and there are many others online reporting the exact same failures. Sadly, I’m just outside the warranty window, and my dealership hasn’t stepped up yet to make it right.

I’m asking Subaru and [Dealership Name] to take accountability and cover these repairs as a goodwill gesture. I’ve supported the brand for years and expected better quality and customer service.

Subaru, this is your opportunity to do the right thing. I hope to see some leadership here—not just for me, but for the many others facing these same issues.
