New car. 2nd winter and had a hard time cranking to get it started. I had to plug it all the time. Yes I know I should plug in the block heater when its cold, but this is the first new car I had that I needed to. My previous never had this issue. (I know, not the best owner) I plug it in now regardless (if I can) and with the new warranty replacement battery. Its been great. I noticed the battery is completely different model and size. I don't remember the stock CCA but this one is smaller and more powerful.

Another problem with the car. Had battery complaints 3 winters in the row as well it once in the summer. Even during my first winter in Canada 4 month old battery nearly died on me on a traffic light going to work casing transmission control module to go in a "safe mode" as well as few codes where thrown. Definitely not something you want to have on practically brand new car. Next winter had a stall and had to boost a car. Brought it to my dealer several time over last 2.5 years and finally 2.5 year later the battery test they have done 2 times before indicated that the battery is too weak. It is too weak to begin with, especially in Canada. A new stronger battery was replaced and haven't had an issue the rest of the winter.
