I purchased this WRX new back around February 2017. I can't recall specifically when this began, but I remember for a while hearing some knocking up front. It was most noticeable going over speed bumps at an angle or if I turned the wheel back and forth while stationary. I finally had some time off and decided to make an appointment at a dealership to have it checked out. The diagnosis was a bad steering rack which will be replaced under warranty.
