Back in June 2023 my Subaru WRX did not start. I haven't had any issues with this car since I purchased it brand new about 8 years ago. It has low mileage because I'm only 10 mins from my work and really do not go on any road trips I took my car in to the Subaru dealership 2x within a 3 week period to try and fix the issue with my battery draining overnight.

Purchased 3 new batteries thinking that was the issue. Dealership did a parasitic draw test it came back with nothing wrong. Tested alternator that came back nothing wrong. Basically left with jumping my car in the morning to get it to start. I found the class action Subaru Battery Drain Lawsuit in 2020 and it describes EXACTLY the issue with my car. I brought it my dealerships attention as they kept returning the car back to me saying they fixed it and twice it was not fixed as they said. I asked the dealership about the software fix that was recommended in the in that lawsuit and they said they do not have the software and left it at that. Didn't say they can get it or that they would get it nothing. So I am at a loss here with a car that the battery (brand new) still drains overnight. I need help. What can I do? Thank you.
