when i change the gear lever from parking it is very hard as compared to when i acquired it. it is scaring as am worried the gear may soon may fail to change at all.
please help.

Update from Dec 13, 2012: the mechanic told me the oil could be leaking but problem still remained.
he also said there something under the bonnet for adjusting but he cant tamper as he is not well versed.
