The contact owns a 2005 Suzuki Forenza. The contact stated that the driver side door automatically locks when the vehicle was placed in drive. The contact mentioned that there was no buttons to unlock the doors from the inside. As a result, the contact stated that they were stuck in the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance. The failure mileage was unknown, but the current mileage was 130,000.
