Forenza 4-cyl

At first the key would not come out of the ignition and now I am having trouble with the key either going into the ignition or coming out of the ignition. With all of the lives that have been lost due to the ignition problems in other vehicle's, this has concerned me greatly. Please respond quickly.

The contact owns a 2006 Suzuki Forenza. While the contact was attempting to exit her vehicle the inside door handle broke and landed in her hand. The same failure has also occurred on the passenger side of the vehicle. The dealer stated that the door handles needed to be replaced. There were no prior warnings. The current and failure mileages were 50,000. Updated 10/27/09. The consumer also stated the shift relay was inoperative. The shifter locked up and the consumer was unable to start the vehicle. She was able to place the key in into the unlock safety lock and push the shifter in an unlocked position, then she was able to start the vehicle. The consumer stated the ignition locks up. Not even a full month after purchasing a 2006 Suzuki Forenza sedan, the car doesn't start after sitting just overnight for the last two weeks that I've owned it. When I called keystone motors in montgomerville, pa, the manager was smug and unprofessional. And even though they are a J.D. powers associate winner, he said he didn't care about J.D. powers. They are going to look at the car, but I told them if just one more thing goes wrong, I will be trading for a car that runs.
