The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki Forenza. While driving approximately 65 mph when she heard a dripping noise coming from the engine and the air bag light was constantly on. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who was unable to locate a failure. The failure continued to occur. She also stated that the passenger front door handle came off. The vehicle was purchased in April 2007 by June 2007 and all four door handles came off of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer three times for the failure. She contacted GMC who referred her to another dealer who replaced the bottom portion of the engine. The contact stated that there was also a problem with the transmission and the vehicle slipped out of gear. She stated that the dealer performed a diagnostic test and no codes indicated that there was a failure. She stated that the engine light was on. The manufacturer suggested that she take the vehicle back to an authorized dealer to have the vehicle repaired. The vehicle was not repaired for any other the failures. The failure mileage was 200 and the current mileage was 73,507.

The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki Forenza. The contact stated that as the doors were engaged to open, the driver and passenger side interior door handles fractured from the vehicle. The dealer was informed about the failure and they refused to make repairs. In addition, the contact stated that when applying the brakes, the brake pedal would not fully return to the idle position and the rear brake lights would remain illuminated without the contact applying the brakes. The dealer advised that repairs would be at the contacts expense. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 22,300 and the current mileage was 22,500.
