The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki Grand vitara. While driving in poorly illuminated areas at various speeds, the top to mid portion of the front windshield has limited visibility. The reduction of visibility increases the risk of serious injury or a crash. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions, but they could not identify the cause of the failure. The manufacturer stated that the failure was a common characteristic of the failure. The failure mileage was 5,000 and current mileage was 12,000.
