After noticing the problem, the Suzuki sales representative advise me to bring the car over for inspection. When I bought over to Aiman Motor, PJ (Suzuki workshop), they can't really tell me what had happen on my car, but they said definitely is a manufacturing defects. So they took photo and told me that they will email to Suzuki Malaysia for further information. And the supervisor said will contact me within 2 days for further inspection from their HQ.

I waited for almost a month, in the meantime i did call Aiman motor to check the status but they said no news yet from the HQ.

Meanwhile my car needed to go for 20,000km services. So I went there again and make the same complaint. Now, the supervisor said: "Oh, the Suzuki Malaysia said that this is not manufacturing defects but done by yourself! So, no claims can be done!" So I asked them back:" How sure that they said this is human mistake while they did not even come to do a further inspection? Just rely on the photo? If done by human, what is the type of chemical can cause all this?" They replied: "Oh, we don't know, you got to check with Suzuki Malaysia, lah!"

Suddenly i felt like: Wow! this is that kind of attitude we had now days? Not even bother to meet any 'CUSTOMER SATISFACTION'! After you buy the car, is totally none of their business already, they could just 'WASH HAND' ! Wow! Amazing! Amazing world!!!
