The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki SX4 equipped with nexen N5000 tires, size: P225/40R18. The contact stated that the front passenger side tire experienced a loss of air. When air was placed into the tire, the rear passenger tire experienced the same failure. Due to the tire failures, the vehicle experienced independent veering. The vehicle was taken to roberts tire shop where it was diagnosed that there were no leaks in the tires. The vehicle was also taken to an unknown mechanic where it received an alignment; however, the vehicle swayed. The failure was not corrected. The VIN, dot number, tire and vehicle failure mileage were unknown.
