The contact owns a 2009 Suzuki SX4. The contact stated that while stopped at a stop light, the engine throttle started to increase excessively and the vehicle acted as if it was going to accelerate once the contact removed his foot from the brakes. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who was inspected the failure but was unable to diagnose the problem. The manufacturer was notified who send out an engineer to inspect the failure but did not inform the contact of any issues. The failure mileage was 45,679.
