Swift Sport Sport 1.6L

I own a NEW Suzuki Swift Sport model 2016. From the first day I bought it, I had issues in the front windows. Issues include high vibration noise even when the windows are opened only 10cm.

The local dealer was not able to solve the problem. Is it possible to give me the the contact info of the main company in Japan - maybe they can offer some help?
