April 28, 2006 american Suzuki motor corporation automotive division P.O. Box 1100 brea, ca 92822-1100 to whom it may concern: I believe that my passenger vehicle is a lemon under the New Jersey lemon law (N.J.S.a. 56:12-29 to 56:12-49). I am hereby making a written demand for relief under the New Jersey lemon law. I purchased a Suzuki, Verona 2005, on March 4, 2006 from matt blatt imports located at 2445 South delsea drive, vineland, NJ 08360. Since I bought the vehicle, I have had to return the vehicle to a Suzuki authorized dealership for repairs a total of 2 times. My vehicle has been out of service for repairs for a total of 29 calendar days and counting. The current mileage on my vehicle is 10876. My vehicle has been in for repair on the following date for the following repair of the following defects: March 15, 2006 and out the same day. This time was due to the engine service light coming on and staying on Suzuki was unable to repair the problem. My vehicle is currently with Suzuki since the following date for the following repair of the following defects: April 1, 2006 and remains there at this time. Moving my driver seat forward caused the wires to get caught in the seat motor, which resulted in melting the power system or fuse box under the hood of the vehicle. Since these problems substantially have impaired the use, value, safety and confidence of my vehicle as well as in Suzuki, and Suzuki products and its ability repair. I am hereby allowing you one final opportunity to repair my vehicle.
