won't start

I purchased this car in April of 2010 from a dealer. In November of 2010 I began having problems with what I thought was the starter. I put the key in the ignition and nothing happened. The car would also die sometimes when I pulled into parking spaces.I took it to a friend who is a mechanic at a dealer (not a Suzuki dealer) and he kept it for a week testing and trying different things. He did find come corrosion on my battery so he replaced that and also on some fuses so he cleaned them. 3 days later same problem. He took the car back again and checked more things (starter, ignition switch, fuel line etc.) nothing. Finally I took it to the Suzuki dealer and they tightened up the fuse box and cleaned more corrosion. Worked for about 7 days and problem back. I took it back to the dealer and they said I needed to replace my fuse block. At this point, my car was not starting (excuse me usually after 10 or more tries) and I would lose power upon deceleration (like going down a hill on the highway). Tomorrow I am bringing my car into the dealer to have the fuse block replaced to the tune of $600. After that, the car goes! So frustrating!
