I have a 2008 suzuki xl-7 and I have had nothing but problems since I purchased this vehicle at only 9 months old! Currently my tighten gas cap indicator is on. 1 month after purchasing this vehicle this came on and since has been a problem. I took it to the dealer over 300 miles away and they only replaced the gas cap. Saying that would fix my problem, well this is 1 year later and still an issue. I just returned from another 300 one way trip to dealer and found out that I needed to have the evap canister replaced. This should have been fixed at my first visit but due to laziness of the dealer I now have to pay for this because of course"this is covered anymore under my warranty." Do they ever really cover anything, or do they just look for excuses to not pay for anything. I am a single mother and was tired of having car problems, I spent $19,000 on this vehicle thinking a new vehicle is the best. WOW was I surprised this vehicle has cost me more in money and trips to the dealer which I found out later that I have to travel 630 miles round trip to have anything worked on under warranty. This car has been a nightmare ever since I purchased it. I have to spend nights in hotels to wait for parts to arrive and so on. If this car blew up and I wouldn't not have to make another payment that would be a blessing from above. I have owned all used cars typical 7- 10 years old prior to this and miss my older but great cars. If anyone else has one please let me know if you are having the same problems. Also my plastic parts are broken on my sun visors my seat has broke, the so called leather is wearing horrible. Oh and good luck if you should ever need to jump your battery without having internet access. it is impossible to locate your battery. There are also continuing issue with the radio, a/c, temperature controls and numerous other small things, to many to remember at this time.
