22 July, car collected and taken to Tesla service centre. Estimated date for car to be ready 5 September. Not ready after more than 6 weeks. Next estimate 12 September. 7 weeks. New estimate 30 September. 10 weeks

No loan car available. After a lot of exchanges I can have 80€ per day Uber vouchers as from 9 September, why couldn't I have them before ?

I have had to reschedule many appointments. 80€ will get me there and back with a couple but not all of them. I'm 74 and a widow. I can't begin to understand Uber vouchers. I have guests to pick up from the airport, can they use my Uber voucher for that day? It won't take me there and back!

I am so disillusioned with Tesla after sales service, although I love the car. I have written to the local service centre and the main area one, waiting for a rerply.

A two month old car that I can't charge !

Nearest service centre160km/100 miles from me. With autoroute tolls.

They did agree to collect the car on a trailer but I had to pay someone to bring it back to me.

It was a lot of hassle and I told them I wanted a refund and they could keep the car, think that might have helped get the trailer.
