Such a crappy car to be called as luxury. Worst Service center. Just 3 months old car. My car was locked down and I was told that it is due to their internal security control failure. Service center people had to tow my car and break into it to open it. They broke the right front passenger window controls. The car started making rattling sound the moment I got the car from service center. The service center technician says that it is normal characteristic of the vehicle to make noise. They cannot fix it. I request a replace of my vehicle or full refund of my money. Tesla has a poor customer support. There is no number where you can talk to a human.
