My brand new Tesla finally got delivered to my home full of surprises. When I complained I was told "This is the American workmanship at its best and I should overlook the flaws and defects and stick with the innovation benefits of it". When I asked for a path of escalation I was offered NONE and was told "you have already signed the contract and its now a post sales matter". When I called Tesla post sales support I was told "due to many customer issues we are booked until mid November". What a horrible new car buying experience it has been. Sent an email Elon Musk but i guess he doesn't want to deal with it. No one deserves to buy a new car with such steeped price and accept the cracked frame and repainted body. don't want to be too demanding but it would be reasonable if I just want to have a new car that has not been repainted and frame damaged.
I recently read Piper Jaffray's Alexander Potter very bullish about Tesla's opportunity in automotive's market but I guess they write whatever they're paid to write without any facts just to mislead the investors.
Please pass these pictures to whomever could be the next victim of Tesla. Thank you.
