I purchased a brand new Tesla Model X which was delivered two weeks back. Â Upon my first ride on the interstate going to work, I got a message that the vehicle is shutting down and to pull over. Â I was locked in the car at 90F heat without it turning back on. Â Tesla road side could not assist as it happened on the interstate and I had to call police. Once the car was at home, it would not unlock to get back into. Â I feel this car has nonstop technical issues and I do not feel safe in it. I would like Tesla to do a complete replacement of a vehicle that will not face so many mechanical issues, being so new in the first place.Â
Also, for three days roadside assistance was no good as once it was off the interstate, they did not pick up the car nor do they answer any calls.
