Customer states that after moving to italy he received a recall and when he took the car in for repairs he was told that he could not get the car fix because he didn't buy the car in italy* the consumer has provided a copy of the recall follow-up notice. The consumer wants to know how he would be able to get the vehicle fixed if he does not reside in the area where the vehicle was purchased.
