Air bags failed to deploy on Feb. 10, 2010 following a serious front end crash (30-50 mph) of our 1999 Toyota 4 runner. As a result wife was hospitalized for 2 days with concussion, sprained neck and ptss.California highway patrol responded. Report taken.
