My fiance and I were in a car accident last month. The front of the vehicle was pushed in all the way, thinking that the air bags should of deployed. We both suffered concussions and still having headaches, neck pain, back pain, not able to sleep. After two months of therapy our dr said that we suffered from what is called :the shaking baby syndrome". Our brains are still shaking and we are not able to function like normal and it affects both of our jobs. Fiance lost two jobs offers do to his lack of sleep, headaches and injury. With me same thing, but I have been stuttering at work and has been affecting my work a lot.

I am only 26 I should not be having this at all at my age. Due to the other person on her phone texting and driving then air bags not deploying made it worse. When I got this car was given Carfax and had on there that the car only had one owner and never been in a accident everything was checked and good. This tells me that the car was not legal to be on the road at all. I'm very disgusted with how you can sale a car with the air bags not working. That is a safety hazard.
