Brought the 4Runner in for the airbag recall to replace the inflator at Toyota NW Edmonton on March 23. I personally detail my car myself so can really say that the car is very clean (in and out and under). After the recall, I noticed that my dashboard and A-pillar panels have scratches and the passenger side of the dashboard did not properly seat as it is sticking out over the door cage rubber. Returned it back to re-install but only got excuses for the scratches. Checked the T4R forum and many people had the same experience and the consensus is that since Toyota SUVs come to North America as completely built-up units, the technicians here don't have training nor experience to put them back properly.
