Consumer states problems with gas pedal and idle running too high the consumer stated the vehicle would idle high at times and then too low, to the point where the vehicle would not stay on. The problem was inconsistent, but recurring. The consumer also stated the accelerator pedal was mounted too high.

While driving approximately 20 mph and attempting to stop the vehicle the contact noticed that the accelerator pedal had become stuck to the floor and the brakes would not engage causing the contact to crash into the rear end of another vehicle. The side nor the front air bags went off. And apparently the seat belts failed too. The highway partrol can't figure out what happened.
