Avalon Touring V6

A couple years ago, I noticed a rattle in the engine compartment when I start my car. No rhyme or reason why. Took it to two Toyota service departments who, of course, could not duplicate the problem. So, I've just driven it figuring one day it'll finally break & it'll get towed to dealership by AAA which I decided to buy because of this problem.
