The car started smoking from the tail pipe and was a dangerous situation for other motorists. We also were concerned about the pollution. The car was still under warranty and a Toyota mechanic told us it was sludge build up and could be fixed by changing the head and was a common problem in Toyotas. Reno Toyota refused to fix the car even though it was still under warranty and the problem was a defect in the motor design.
