Fob nor interior door lock switch will not unlock rear passenger door.

I have a 2011 Toyota Avalon which has developed over the past year an issue with the doors locks not working properly. The Key Fob will only open the driver's door at times and the only way to open the other doors of the vehicle is to manually unlock them with your hand. Even the inside door locking button will not unlock these doors or will putting the vehicle's transmission back into the park position open the 3 other doors. This began as a very intermitting problem and has now progressed into a consistent problem that sometimes can last for weeks on end. The Dealership has been great in attempting to locate what the issue could be, but as of this posting has been unable to nail down what is causing the issue with the door locks.
I believe Toyota should be made aware of this problem and help to investigate what is causing the locks not to respond. This issue could be a safety hazard should the driver or the driver's door be incapacitated or damaged and access was needed to remove other occupants from the vehicle and the doors could not be unlocked in a timely fashion!

Originally it was passenger door not unlocking with key fob or with manual switch. Had to lean over and manually unlock passenger door after you got in drivers door. Then it was passengers and both rear doors. Then all doors working as supposed to. Now for last 6 months drivers door doesn’t work with key fob or manual switch. Now you have to manually lock/unlock drivers door by flipping door lock itself. Have read it may be an open circuit in junction block and block may have to be replaced. Also read something about body control module being the issue. And concensus is no way multiple actuators fail at once. Definitely sounds like a defect that Toyota should address. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
