The vehicle was taken to al hendrickson Toyota located at 5201 w, fl-834, coconut creek, fl 33073, and the dealer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of failure. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.
