We found there is very strong wind noise when driving on the freeway. We first contacted the dealer and dropped the car there. After the technician's test drive, I was told the noise coming from the door because the door was bent possibly due to the strong wind. They suggested I drive to the body shop to fix it. Of course, I did not buy this. We contacted the Toyota head office. After multiple phone calls, we were told to bring the car back to the dealer to fix it.

The 2nd time, I brought my car to the same dealer, and the technicians did a test drive, I was told they could not figure out what was wrong and that they needed to contact the headquarters for support. After 1 month of waiting, they gave me a task no and told me they needed to wait to have 2nd the same model of Avalon with the same issue and then see what they could do from there. Today I called the engagement center of Toyota. Once again, the lady told me they would contact the dealer and call me back next week.
