Bought this certified car with additional full coverage warranty (7 yr power-train + 6 yr bumper to bumper). Immediately notices the driver side seat is hard as a rock at some points and feels like sitting in a metal pole. Took it to the place I bought, they said "It is as designed". Took it to another place, found the issue, but iI have to pay to fix it, since this kind of warranty works only at the place where I bought it. None of the warranty covers this (1 yr comprehensive/ 6 yr additional / 7 yr power-train). Never had this issue on any of the cars I owned. It's a shame on Toyota. Talked to Toyota Customer Care. Reply was "Unless the dealer can reproduce, we can't handle it" !!!! Best fix I found, use a soft pillow.
