I bought my Avalon in May 2015. A few months after I got it the Navigation screen started going black for no rhyme or reason. I never know when it is going to happen it just happens. I had it in the shop for this same problem 5 times before Toyota would agree to do something. They kept telling me that no one else had ever had this problem. After going online I found that this has been a problem in Highlanders since 2014. They kept telling me they couldn't do anything until they could make it replicate the problem. Needless to say they couldn't. But they finally order a new radio to go it it because they said that had to be the problem. Two Days after they so called replaced the radio it once again went black. I once again contacted corporate and they agreed to send someone to look at it. He kept my car 3 days and called and said that they could not find the problem and for me to pick up the car. So I have a fairly new car that is a lemon.
Has anyone else had this issue and how do I get it fixed. It is under warranty now.

Couple times I was driving this vehicle and listening XM radio and all of sudden whole screen went black for about 30-45 seconds and comeback, this is kind annoying when using Navigation.
