The contact owns a 2021 Toyota C-HR. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed in inclement weather, the driver's and passenger's side front and rear windows became foggy. The contact activated the defroster; however, she was not able to see through the windows. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed that the vehicle performed as designed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
