While driving 50 mph behind a pick up truck wooden canvas connected to some metal poles flew off the back of the pick up and hit the front of consumer's vehicle. The consumer lost control of the vehicle, spun several times uncontrollably and ran into a lamp pole. Upon impact, the front or side air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was totaled. The consumer was struck in the windshield by a pick up truck bed cover liner.

Was traveling approximately 20mph and started to slow down and rear ended another vehicle in front while pulling to the left. Vehicle had stopped. Upon impact, driver's side airbag had a delayed deployment and not all the way out.
