problem #1

Jan 012003

Camry LX 2.4L, I4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 190,000 miles

The brake adjuster dropped and stretched the shoes when the car stopped. This is for the rear drum brakes. The drum cannot be taken out without using the screws to pop them. However, the brakes still work and the car still can stop. It is very annoying when you try to check the shoes, or replace the shoes.
