2003 Camry le has defective brake rotors since new. Had problem identified since 1000 miles. Has taken almost 1 year since purchase to get new rotors on car. Always fades/ vibrates when brakes are hot.

Brakes have a pulsation in brake pedal when stopping. Front rotors were out of round, lateral out of round and rear drums needed to be machined. Took it back to the dealership on four occasions and the problem still exists. Also, when stopping at various speeds, motor makes a fluttering sensation.
