problem #2

Camry LE 2.4L Dohc L4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 240,213 miles

Took it to Groppetti Visalia Toyota with a check engine light on to have TSB NO. EG034-04 re-flashed for the ECM and check problem of no passing California Smog. They checked everything else, brake fluid, power steering fluid, dirty air filter, cab filter, tire pressure, etc... Had to argue to get them to reflash ecu. More than hour later got car back, drove it home 45 miles. It idled at less than 400 rpm and it died at a stop signal and almost got rear ended. Still will not pass smog check!
