Noticed a squeeking/grinding noise which seems like it's coming from the floorboard whenever I turn the steering wheel. It's more noticeable during the first 5-10 minutes from cold startup and then it becomes intermittent afterwards. I noticed a leak on my driveway some time ago and took the car to a mechanic who determined the leak source from the rack and pinion assembly. Got that replaced and the squeek/grinding noise went away....for about a week. I've been researching this problem and it seems to be a major flaw with the 2003 camrys. Toyota seems to know about this issue but they are not doing anything about it.

After starting in morning in few turns make a noise like some water is spinning in the wheel. Then after stopping it feels like the water has moved in the body of the car to the back. After some time of driving it kind of stops.
