The contact owns a 2005 Toyota Camry. The contact stated he was unable to open the rear passengers door manually. The dealer advised that the interior lock latch had fractured and caused the failure. The manufacturer would not assist. The vehicle was not repaired. The current and failure mileages were approximately 103,000.
