Car was brought in to Toyota dealer for an oil change and when I got the car back the armrest latch was broken. I reported it. They originally quoted the part as being $11.00 plus $45.00 installation. They ordered it. When it came in, I found out that they had ordered the wrong part and that the correct part was not available without ordering the complete armrest for $200.00 plus installation labor. I had made two trips to this dealership on a fool's errand at my expense and got nothing accomplished. I then called the Toyota 800 number and lodged a complaint. I want them to fix it free of charge.
