This is the second time the ABS light has turned on. The first time it happened, it was at 15,000 miles. However, it turned off the next time we started the car. Here we are now at 45,000 miles and the light went on again. We turned the car off, and then back on and it stayed on for a second, and then turned off. (The Light was blinking, not consistently on)
The brakes are fine, but it just is a bit of an annoyance.

I was driving unsuspectingly when I noticed a flashing yellow light on the dashboard. It was the yellow ABS warning light. A toyota dealership was near so I headed there right away. By the time I pulled into the service terminal the warning light was gone. The dealership told me they will need 2 hours to give it a thorough inspection but since the light was no longer on I deferred until the next day. I wanted to see if others were having this problem and what may be the cause so I can be prepared tomorrow for any bad news when I do get it inspected.
