It happened at least once a year. Toyota kept gluing the window with silicon and it kept falling into the door. Once the car was out of warranty I did it three, four times too. I used crazy glue, gorilla glue, cement glue, etc. It appears that finally the resolution is to not close the window all the way. For some reason it gets stuck so tight that no matter what glue you use it gets unstuck.
