I purchased my car new from Tansky Toyota on Maple ave. Zanesville,Ohio. My car is only 4 years old, and in perfect shape except for this obvious manf. defect. The headliner is comming loose from interior at back glass. I took it to the dealership, where I was told "your car is past the warranty, so we can not do anything, unless you want to pay the full amount to fix it" I already paid 29,000 4 years ago!!

I think if Toyota wants to get a good reputation back they should take care of their customers. That is part of whats wrong with our country today...everyone wants your business, but to hell with you after they get it!!
