I never thought I would have steering/suspension problems on a 2006 Toyota Camry with 40,000 miles, but I did. The steering wheel started vibrating and they told me that the bushings were worn out on the lower control arms. I thought this was very odd with such low mileage to have bushings worn out already. One reason I bought a Toyota Camry was because they were supposed to be the best cars on the road. This particular Camry must be a lemon. Every time I take it in for maintenance they tell me something else has worn out and needs to be replaced, always more than $800.00. I will never buy another Toyota. I have come to hate this car and do not feel safe driving it anymore. I keep thinking "What is the next thing that is going to wear out?"
