The audio dials used to control the settings (volume, pitch, bass etc.) would not work at completely random times. Told the dealer, come back and they tell me they coudn't even recreate the problem, which really irrated me.

Can't be fixed because dealer can't duplicate problem. The audio system randomly will go off and the only way to get back any audio is to pull over and turn the car on/off. how can this be solved???
