seat belt locked without any impact seat belt locked without any impact

First, Toyota is ignoring me! My husband had a broken arm from cancer, he was the passenger, when my daughter got back from bringing him to the surgeon/oncologist, she drove VERY slowly and when she put the Camry in park, she heard his Scream as the seat belt locked up on his cancer filled broken arm. As she tried to release it, it tightened! She was terrified, ran for scissors and cut the belt! He died 11 days later.

We made an incident report to TOYOTA so they called in BOUCH to inspect. First we let them know where car will be so the inspector can come check BLACK BOX… well, that changed because there is no BLACK BOX in this car… Nice TRY TOYOTA!!!

Next, we get an e-mail BOUCH will fly an inspector in from Houston to inspect at the Lafayette, Louisiana location Hampton. I insisted on being there and was told no. The inspector did check it out and found the truth (as I told them) there was no crash. I have a report. The nerve of TOYOTA - when we picked the car up they did not fix the cut seat belt. In my heart I believe the pain raised his blood pressure causing him to suffer much more. After that incident he was not the same, dying 11 days later. As we all know cancer is painful, and my husband did not need to suffer more because of a faulty seat belt.

All this has caused extreme mental issues with my daughter… she said his cry will haunt her forever. We lost our loved one and I know Toyota progressed his passing. My son died in 2002 and to this day I believe the Toyota seat belt caused his internal bleeding! DO NOT put your child in a TOYOTA… I'm a lost MOM & WIFE losing 2 of my loves in their crappy vehicles!
