While vehicle was still fairly new, brass grommet that holds plastic hook in carpet popped out. Was taken to dealer and they would not fix. Found out later that there is a TSB for this problem and covered by Toyota. Too late for me, I am no longer a Toyota customer.

The floor rugs under the driver seat is loose in my new 2009 Camry. The seams are not even anchored or sewn at joints. Toyota surely cut corners when they made this car.
