The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the hub caps became detached from the rim. The contact mentioned the hubs caps would also strike other vehicles in motion. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
